STEP 6: Start your own Personal Powerline.
Once you're a Team Lead, the very next affiliate you sponsor will automatically be placed in your very own genealogy. This person will be at the very top of your new line and subsequent affiliates will automatically fall under him or her.
Now simply focus on adding affiliates to your new line. Growing slowly? That's OK! Just as sure as the sun rises in the east, if you keep adding affiliates, leaders will eventually emerge who will start adding THEIR affiliates to your Personal Powerline.
Remember, EVERY Powerline in SFI home business started with a single affiliate! Many of those lines now contain over 10,000 people and NO ONE built them by themselves. Indeed, many of our top leaders could stop marketing altogether if they wanted to, and their lines would just keep on growing through the efforts of the original nucleus of people they put into the program.
YOUR genealogy will develop the same way if you just keep at it. Persist until you win...and what a reward awaits you for your persistence!
Here are ways to ignite explosive growth in your team
- Generate your leads through SFI home business' own lead generating system- EAGLE Co-op.
Each share of the EAGLE Co-op that you purchase will add up to 25 new Affiliates to your Powerline. Purchase as many as you can afford each month. To participate go to SFIs EAGLE Co-op Page and follow the simple instructions.
- Organize your own co-op! As a Team Lead, you'll have access to our Team Leader Coop Manager, which makes it quick and easy to set up a co-op, generate growth, and create excitement and momentum up and down your team!
- Buy leads from reputable leads generating companies. I've seen good recommendations from other SFI Affiliates in the discussion board. Make sure you visit the dboard for other lead companies that you may use.
- If you're a member of IAHBE, you will get your FREE monthly leads that you can also use. That almost pays for your IAHBE membership!
Now that you've built your team, you would need tools to help you explode your growth.
