STEP 5: Be a Team Lead
A Team Lead qualifies you to earn residual income from your downline. Here's where your income opportunities start "snowballing."
In fact, this is really where it starts. You see, once you've started your own team, you become the beneficiary of the activities of EVERYONE in that line, activities that can mean even more override commissions for you. (See the SFI compensation plan for details.)
Think of your downline as YOUR sales team...a team that works together, duplicating the steps that you followed to become a Team Lead. Let's say that you sponsored five affiliates and showed them how to duplicate your success by doing the same thing you've done:
If each of those 5 sponsor just five affiliates, your sales team grows by 25.
If each of those 25 sponsor just five each, your sales team grows by 125 more.
If each of those 125 sponsor just five each, your sales team grows by 625 more.
Your original 5 + 25 + 125 + 625 = 780 TOTAL AFFILIATES!
You're now on your way to building a solid business that could provide you with valuable dividends year in, year out...and all you did was sponsor just five people!
Best of all, there's no limit to how big your sales team can grow. Indeed, many of our Team Leaders have Personal Powerlines that have grown to over 10,000 affiliates in less than two years. They may only be sponsoring a fraction of them, but they can now earn commissions on over 10,000 affiliates each and every month!
